Exchange, Return, Shipping & Payment Policies

EXCHANGE POLICY

At Alif Layla, our customers are our first priority. Our customer care team will facilitate you at every step if you wish to exchange your purchased item. The help you need is just a click away!

Domestic Orders

  • Valid Days of Exchange: Any article purchased online can be exchanged within 30 days from delivery, with proof of purchase.
  • Proof of Purchase: Receipt or online order confirmation email.
  • Conditions Qualified for Exchange:
    • Articles must be unused, tags intact, original packing and invoice present.
    • Valid reasons: wrong size, incorrect article, or defect.
    • Home items must be returned in original packaging.
    • Unstitched/Semi-formals in garment bags must include original packaging.
  • Exchange Process: Takes 7–10 days after verification. If a wrong size was ordered, customers may be asked to courier the item back to our warehouse.
  • Non-Exchangeable Items: Discounted or sale items are not eligible for exchange (except in valid cases, but may take longer).

International Orders

We currently do not offer exchanges or returns on international orders. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact customer support.

Note:

Please take photos of the package and invoice before opening your order. These will help us resolve any issues quickly if your item is incorrect or damaged.


RETURN POLICY

Alif Layla does not offer returns. However, exchanges may be requested. Please refer to the exchange policy above for eligibility.


ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders may be cancelled before processing.
  • Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email and SMS with your COD amount and tracking ID.
  • After delivery, the exchange policy applies.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or payment failure.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Shipping Time: 4–5 weeks
  • Shipping Fees: For international orders, shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Please refer to our FAQ for details.

PAYMENT POLICY

  • Prepayment: 50% prepayment is required for all orders.
  • How It Works:
    • After you submit your shipping and contact info, our team will confirm your order via WhatsApp and share payment instructions (Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.).
    • The remaining 50% is payable upon delivery.
